Excite Japan Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Excite”) acquires and uses the information of customers with their acknowledgment and for a clearly-stated purpose through the application services (hereafter “apps”) it provides on smartphones and other devices. 2. Provision of Information to Third Parties

3. Sending Informative Data to Third Parties by Combining an Advertising Module and Information Transmission Module, etc.
